Just like to say the breif he had his breif writer write, was so good an s.j.c judge's clerk immediately passed it on to the 3 judge panel and they wrote both me and my attorney Kevin Reddington a letter stating that they wanted to have him go in for orals. However even after I pleaded with him to do... this it was what my parent's paid him 15,000$ for, he still refused. There are several issues for a reversal. I just wonder if the lawyer has the say when his client is saying no pleading yes go in all I want is to clear my name. I feel I wasn't given a fair chance.
