Joseph F. Culgin

Joe is a great and easy person to talk to. I went into the case I'm in with lots of doubt and little actual interest in pursing it. After meeting with three different lawyers because of pressure from friends/family to pursue the case, Joe was the one, which my i was told from the start he would be. H...e is extremely quick and thorough in responding to any issue I have came across so far. Case isn't complete but I feel I have nothing to worry about with Joe working in my corner.,

Joe made an extremely scary, stressful and (for us) complicated situation manageable and successful. He never made us feel like we were bothering him if we had tons of questions. He knows his stuff so we always felt well represented and "in the know". This was my husband and mine's first interacti...on of any kind with an attorney and we could not have been more impressed. We have since referred a friend to your firm (different circumstances) and would do so again. Thank you Joe!

Hiring attorney Culgin was the biggest mistake I ever made! The only time he initiated communication was when trying to get me to sign on with him. I hired attorneys Culgin in March 2016 for a workers compensation case with a very high profile company that is known for fighting every claim to the ful...lest. I initiated all update request and would often wait days for a response. Following any hearings or request I was never given an explanation or update. It often felt as if he was working for the workers compensation company instead of me. He will say whatever it is he thinks you want to hear rather than the truth! During my lump sum hearing of which I was told specifically by him and the workers compensation attorney ( in front of the judge) that the judge would have the paperwork to sign off within a few days and have my funds within an additional 14 days. There was a delay, however attorney Culgin never communicated that to me until I reached out looking for an update on the final day I should have received my funds. Any good attorney would have communicated any changes right away, however he is not a good attorney and definitely does not have the best interest of his client. I would not recommend attorney Culgin to anyone!
