Joseph F. Culgin

Attorney Joseph Culgin has been so incredible in representing me and helping me handle my worker’s comp case! He has fought for me every step of the way, and seems to be an attorney that really cares about helping his clients and who he represents. He and his team are always there to return any phone... call or email, and they respond quickly to answer any question I have regarding my case. Attorney Culgin is so knowledgeable about the law he told me about rights I didn’t even know I had! He was the only one that cared and seemed to understand about what a devastating effect my work injury had on my life. He was the only one I had fighting for me, and if it wasn’t for him I honestly can’t say where I would be. Having attorney Culgin on my side has taken a lot of anxiety and weight off my shoulders during this whole injury and legal process. I would recommend him to anyone needing any legal representation, specifically worker’s compensation. Having representing me for almost a year, he stays in contact with me frequently and always checks in with me to see how I’m doing after any surgery I have. Hiring attorney Culgin was the biggest mistake I ever made! The only time he initiated communication was when trying to get me to sign on with him. I hired attorneys Culgin in March 2016 for a workers compensation case with a very high profile company that is known for fighting every claim to the ful...lest. I initiated all update request and would often wait days for a response. Following any hearings or request I was never given an explanation or update. It often felt as if he was working for the workers compensation company instead of me. He will say whatever it is he thinks you want to hear rather than the truth! During my lump sum hearing of which I was told specifically by him and the workers compensation attorney ( in front of the judge) that the judge would have the paperwork to sign off within a few days and have my funds within an additional 14 days. There was a delay, however attorney Culgin never communicated that to me until I reached out looking for an update on the final day I should have received my funds. Any good attorney would have communicated any changes right away, however he is not a good attorney and definitely does not have the best interest of his client. I would not recommend attorney Culgin to anyone!
