Mr. Arruda is absolutely the worst. He never followed through on my SSD claim. He doesn’t respond to emails nor phone calls and doesn’t answer questions. He blamed his staff for missing my hearing deadline and has cost me years of running around fulfilling my obligations to not receive any answer...s. He doesn’t follow through on any commitments, concerns about his practice, etc. Don’t be fooled by him as he will set high expectations but doesn’t deliver. Please, please don’t fall into the trap of his game. There is so many other attorneys that actually care, conduct themselves professionally and actually do the job that they are supposed to do.

Failed to keep in contact with me about my case. Didn't make me a priority. i Sent multiple emails to him in which he never responded to. Every time I'd call him he was too busy for me and made sure each phone call was shortened very quickly. Got no answers about my case. And then I find out he hasn'...t even looked at my case since December of 2020. It's may 2021. Very unprofessional and doesn't follow through with ANYTHING! WASTE OF MY TIME ON A VERY SENSITIVE MATTER!!!
