I represent commercial, non-profit and public clients in a variety of transactions, with a concentration in real estate and tax matters.

I counsel organizations, including hospitals, nursing homes, charter schools, educational institutions and healthcare providers, in connection with tax exemption, corporate governance issues and day-to-day operational documents.

My practice also includes advising clients in the acquisition, disposition, financing, zoning, permitting, and leasing of real property. In connection with my real estate practice, I have worked with a broad range of clients, including municipalities, redevelopment authorities, schools and universities, and a major telecommunications provider.
