My practice includes a broad array of real estate and tax matters including residential and commercial purchase and sales, financing, title examinations, issuance of title insurance policies, preparation of tax returns, and accounting. I am also a member of Bernkopf Goodman's probate and estate group where I assist clients in the preparation of estate vehicles, including trusts and wills, and in probating estates. I have significant experience with the corporate charitable and non-profit sectors, including the incorporation and formation of churches and schools, obtaining tax-exempt status from the Internal Revenue Service, and effecting the dissolution of churches and other non-profits.
