As a partner with Bernkopf Goodman, my practice expertise includes real estate and business law. I have experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including both acquisitions and sales of properties, leasing associated with commercial and residential properties, financing, title and survey work, including writing title insurance policies, acquisitions of distressed loans, entity formation and restructuring in connection with limiting clients' legal and financial exposure, syndication and securities work in connection with private placement offerings. I represent both commercial and residential landlords and tenants, hotel, restaurant and other retail owners, lenders and borrowers, title companies in title-related disputes, and individuals and small businesses.
