Ms. Pravda represented Shareholder.com during various acquisition negotiations starting in early 2005 through our acquisition by The Nasdaq Stock Market in January, 2006. She did an excellent job representing Shareholder.com during negotiations with much larger and highly-experienced potential acqu...irers. In particular, Ms. Pravda negotiated a very attractive acquisition of Shareholder.com by Nasdaq relative to valuation and general terms and conditions. To her credit, over two years later I believe both Nasdaq and Shareholder.com's shareholders, clients and employees are very satisfied with the acquisition.
