Christopher Daniel Affsa

Attorney Christopher Affsa represented our son in a probation violation matter. He listened carefully to all of our comments and took the time to understand the nuances of the situation. When I recieved a call from the police department saying that they wanted we to come in in regards to an investigation for credit card fraud and theft, my first resction was a panicked phone call to a family member who is an attorney. The family member practices a different field of law and knowing ...the seriousness of the chrarges he recomended Chris. Chris stepped right in and handled all of the contact between with the police and prosecutor from that point. Chris is extreamly well versed in criminal defense; finding that charges such as the credit card fraud did not meet the requirements and had them reduced to improper use of a credit card (dig difference). Chris continued working with the prosecutor and showed him that it was a stupid lack in judgement on my half and nagotiated that the charges be dropped with only pre-trial probation and restitution. For the extent of the charges his billing was exreamly fair and I could not have asked for better service. it felt like I had the experience of a Large Boston law firm with the service and cost of a smaller suburban attorney. I can not say enough about how good my experience was with Chris.
