On 4/29/2022 I was injured on my job thru no fault of my own as I was leaving to go outside both doors opened when I started to walk out the rubber mat peeled back from the right door and as I was exiting to leave my right foot got caught which caused me to fall forward hitting my shoulder. 30 minute...s later I checked into the emergency room getting ex rays as time would have it I requested a mri I told that I have 3 back muscles and 1 bicep muscle torn needless to say my job had me see a orthopedic surgeon who looked at my mri his reply to was if he did the surgery he would do more harm than good, at the time I contacted attorney Lauren Van Iderstine who sent me to Dr. Barry Saperia who told what he could do and he explain in detail about my injury thankfully the surgery went well all back muscles were connect and my bicep muscle was not.
