I have been an attorney since 1996 and have managed my own law firm since 2001. I have significant experience with contract review, analysis, negotiation, preparation and finalization. Further experience includes compliance, advocacy, communication, dispute resolution, business development, professional relationship management, public speaking, sales, marketing and business management. I have been a title insurance sales agent since 1996 and have enjoyed agency partnerships with First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title and CATIC.

Representative client services include (a) representing and advising buyers, sellers, lenders, landlords and tenants in the purchase, disposition, financing, leasing or use of residential and commercial real estate, including cooperative leaseholds, low/moderate income housing, professional, shopping and venue space; (b) managing the effective transfer of non-realty; (c) facilitating purchase and sale of business interests; (d) securing and releasing interests in fixtures and related services; (e) reviewing, negotiating and preparing entertainment/venue contracts; (f) conducting workshops/presentations; (g) functioning as an advocate and/or liaison.
