Lyn E. Erickson

Lyn is an outstanding lawyer. She handled my divorce case which was quite complicated. She did a great job of understanding the various aspects of both my wife's and my concerns and positions. She has a "take charge" personality which is essential when fears and emotions are running high. Most import...ant though is her crystal clear knowledge of how to construct a fair and plausible agreement/solution. The judge actually complimented her on this. Really glad I found her and grateful for the profound positive impact she has had on my post divorce future.

Lyn E. Erickson represented my case, but she was not actually representing me as the client, strongly seems representing opposite party. She didn't know how to execute the court order and didn't know how to speak to the Judge for client, she is not protecting client's rights. She over charges fees, ...not only ineffective, also she spent unnecessary time to earn more money. She is eager for money in her way.

Lyn Erickson misrepresents her qualifications; blows the case and then seeks to withdraw; ignores requests that she should have thought of on her own; is extremely ineffective and incompetent; she does everything at the last minute. She thinks nothing of making an appointment with you and not keeping... it. Her personal life is priority, and practicing law seems to be an afterthought. The only aspect of practicing law that she seems to excel at is overbilling; charging for services she did not provide, and charging attorney rates for secretarial duties.
