Jeffrey Craig Turk

I found Attorney Jeffrey Turk to be exceptionally inexperienced regarding matters of landlord-tenant law. His decision to move forward representing me as the landlord without due diligence and adequate preparation was extremely costly to my case. It allowed the tenant to make claims in court that wer...e untrue, but as Attorney Jeff Turk was unprepared with evidence to fight the misrepresentations, the tenant's claims were upheld in court. Attorney Turk should have never gone forward with the real estate issue in question and because Attorney Jeffrey Turk went forward without the requisite preparation my interests as the landlord were severely harmed. Attorney Turk also accepted the word of the opposing party without securing an agreement in writing to protect my interests. I cannot recommend nor endorse Attorney Jeffrey Turk for any legal issue related to landlord-tenant law.
