Biography
Daniel T. Carlson, Esq. is an Attorney in the Estate Planning and Probate Practice Group at Lane, Lane & Kelly, LLP, and practices exclusively in estate planning, trust and estate administration, trust and estate litigation, and tax. Daniel works closely with individuals and families to design and implement complex wealth planning strategies. From a multi-disciplinary approach, he advises clients in all aspects of estate planning, asset protection, long-term care planning, tax planning, charitable gift planning, and business succession planning. Daniel also represents fiduciaries in trust and estate administration matters
Prior to joining Lane, Lane & Kelly, LLP, Daniel worked as a litigation associate at firm in Boston, Massachusetts. There, he managed the firm's probate and family law cases. Daniel is actively involved in the community and a current member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys.

Medicaid planning
I worked with Dan on my mother's estate plan and Dan was very clear in explaining his recommendations without a lot of legalese. I thought the process would be more complicated, but Dan made things very simple and it was all handled very quickly.
