I can't believe all of the 5 star reviews here, I had a horrible experience with this firm last year. The only reason I am writing this now is that I found an email in my spam asking for a review of my experience, here goes. We became associated with Bill G. Sincavage through our realtor, whe...n we first started getting correspondence from him we noticed that the woman writing up the documents was the same one from Stiles law that closed for us when we purchased the home. She was soo incompetent that we had to re close a few months later so the bank could sell the mortgage. I told Bill my concerns about her and he said she never worked at Stiles Law different person, that was a lie. My girlfriend and I went to his office in Braintree to sign some documents. The documents had the wrong address, names spelled wrong, selling price wrong amongst other things. We asked him to correct the wrong information, he fixed reprinted and presented the documents again with still wrong info. We asked again for corrections, he came back slammed the pages down slammed the pen down and said alright now! Still mistakes, we told him we would not sign until the documents were fully correct. At this point Bill started yelling at my girlfriend bringing her to tears, he showed no emotion toward this, looked pleased at what he had done after she burst out of the room in tears. Bill then turned to me and said are you going to get her in here or are we not doing this? At that point we left and decided to not deal with him again, until he started calling and trying to spin things in a manor that we were the problem. In the end we used our buyers attorney for the closing. What a difference dealing with a class act professional, who remained calm when asked questions and answered them in an accessable manner for non lawyers. After writing this review it brings back all the bad emotion of that time when I had planned on comparing to the state board, I think I will now.
