My husband was arrested for domestic abuse and put on an 8 hour hold at jail. I was aloud to get him out then.

You should speak to a lawyer. If you are married than you will not have to testify against your husband. If you call a WA lawyer they can help you....

You can file a small claims actionj against the city but it is a pain and any lawsuit against a city or towm in Massachusetts has a presentment...
