You need to retain a lawyer. You cannot act as your husbands representative that is what a lawyer does.

Maybe.It seems like your suspension is up, however one state will not give you a license if another state has a hold or suspension on your license....

See if you qualify for a public defender. If not call and consult with a lawyer. It is hard when you can't afford a lawyer however the long term...
