This attorney was given the opportunity to close for us. He was supposed to show up at 5PM on Saturday, and he calls at 4PM to say that the closing package was corrupted and he could not make it. First off he had ample opportunity to get a good copy from the lender even if that was the case, however ...when I did ask to send me a copy of the closing package and I could fix the corrupted copy, he became hostile and said he had other things to take care of. When I asked him why did he take the job if he did not have the time for it he hung up. No attempt to explain or reschedule or show some leadership and take charge of the situation. Terrible customer service skills, lack of integrity and ability to follow thru with his obligations.
