Attorney Bradley was incredibly helpful while helping me get rid of a default warrant from over a decade ago. I came in from out of state to clear up this matter and things went exactly how he said they would. He got the warrant removed and the case dismissed in just a few hours. His pricing was v...ery fair and even went above and beyond by providing extra consultation when I found out I had some other issues to clear up. He even offered to go with me to the other district's to clear them up, however since they were minor issues I was able to clear them up on my own with just his advice. I hired Michael after meeting with him after I was charged with domestic when I was in fact the victim. In the beginning he was very helpful and answered all my calls and questions. I was also pressing charges on my attacker and at the consult I asked him what are the chances both cases could be dro...pped if we do not testify against each other. Michael says “that will not happen the DA will not agree to that and I would never recommend you do that as you have plenty of evidence against him and there is no doubt he will be found guilty.” Michael reminded me throughout that this would be a long process and I’d be going to court for over a year. Based on the complexity of the case he charged me thousands of dollars reporting we will be making multiple court appearances. Well my case ended up in court for the pre trial conference and my accuser who was actually my attacker, realized apparently after meeting with the DA that the evidence was stacked against him. The DA had agreed to drop the charges if we both agreed to not testify. Well Michael then states as your attorney I urge you to take this deal that way it’s all over today. I reluctantly agreed. So only 2 court appearances, I asked Michael if we could discuss his charges as this wrapped up in literally 3 months and only 2 court dates. He said he would consider not taking the extra charges and 2 days later he charged the card! Anyway, I know it was ultimately my choice to drop the charges, however, what happened to the evidencevis stacked against him. I had to go home to my son covered head to toe in bruises and injuries. Justice was not served and I payed $8,000!
