Biography
Lawrence S. Levin is a partner at Levin and Levin, LLP. Lawrence concentrates his practice in areas of family law as well as landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, consumer protection matters and bankruptcy.
Lawrence has substantial experience in a wide range of legal matters relating to divorce and separation including asset division, child custody, visitation, and enforcement of alimony and child support, as well as in modification and contempt actions. He also has extensive experience in landlord-tenant law, representing both landlords and tenants in a variety of matters ranging from litigation to negotiation. He has represented clients before the State and Federal trial courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court and before State and local boards and authorities as well as at mediations and arbitrations.
Lawrence received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management in 1984 and his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 1987. He is admitted to practice in the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts and is a past and current member of the American Bar Association, State and County Bar Associations.
