Please please save yourself. Do not hire Attorney DiGregorio. I hired her for a difficult divorce. She has a very pleasant demeanor and has lots of contacts. That said, my ex routinely did not follow the temporary orders or the divorce agreement. Attorney DiGregorio was largely responsible for w...riting the divorce agreement. As soon as the divorce agreement was written, my ex went back to not following it. Attorney DiGregorio was disinterested in helping after the ink was dry on the paperwork. My ex immediately took full custody of my kids. I e-mailed and called Attorney DiGregorio and was routinely ignored. It got to the point where I drove up to her office in Marshfield and tried to come in to have an appointment with her. I rang the bell and an could see staff inside the office. No one let me in. I then called and staff picked up saying that Attorney DiGregorio would not help. After nine months of this I finally had to go to another attorney. This being my only divorce, I did not realize this was an option. Long and short, I brought my ex's violations to the judge...The most important ones were custody related. I lost every single one because the judge said the divorce agreement was filled with aspirational language and wishy washy.....as a result I have zero custody of my kids, despite never having a felony or misdemeanor. I paid $60,000 for her services and got zero custody. In the eighteen months post divorce I have seen my daughter for fifteen hours total and Attorney DiGregorio refused to fight my ex's violations of our agreement. Hiring Attorney DiGregorio was one of the biggest mistakes of my life and something I regret daily. Please save yourself and look for someone that will fight for you and not cower away the first time the opposing attorney challenges her.

I used Jennifer Digregorio 11 (!) years ago while going through a very difficult divorce. My family seemed shattered, as was I. I need a lawyer who was not only knowledgeable, liked around the court house, but who would also respond to me when I needed questions answered. ASAP .This was Atty. Digreg...orio. She is not a "killer" in court. She is, however, empathetic, well spoken in her court papers, and wiling to hold your hand if that is what is needed. Family members felt that in the end, another lawyer might have done "better" for me. I know, however, that Jennifer did for me what I needed. Thank you, Jennifer.
