Ken and firm failed to read the instructions for our I-485 form and it costs us a year on my wife's immigration proccess. Ken worked with us over two requests for evidence but his firm submitted the wrong evidence a total of three times and then tried to claim he did nothing wrong. This attorney his too busy to handle things you email him he takes weeks to return your email. You call him his voicemail is always full. When he calls you back it is always when he is taking care of family business so he can rush you off the phone. He also prolongs situations to hold on to the remai...ning of your retainer.

I was referred to Ken Augen for a custody issue. I needed help immediately; when I called he gave me advice on the phone, which I followed. After that, he was overly busy with travel, but finally I got an appointment. At the meeting, I found out he was going out of town again, and he wanted to ref...er me to a colleague. Although Ken Augen was part of a prepaid legal program that I belonged to, he wanted an additional retainer. He requested the retainer before telling me he would be out of town and would see about referring me to a colleague of his. I ended up not using his services and was disappointed that he did not tell me that he was too busy to take on my case.
