My lawyer recommended Judge Smoot for a highly contested divorce involving both division of assets and parenting plan. Judge Smoot’s background is as a judge, he told us literally what a judge would most likely do and gave his fair feedback. Sometimes my ex did not like this and sometimes i did not.... That is the point of mediation. He was especially great at keeping my ex’s rage under control and keeping all feelings leveled.
