Biography
I have been practicing law for thirty years both in private practice and as in house counsel. Although I have a general practice, I concentrate in the areas of business litigation and creditor's rights. With my extensive network of attorneys, I can assist clients in collecting debts nationwide as well as internationally. I am also experienced in construction litigation and mechanic's liens. My real estate law experience includes the purchase and sale of commercial and residential real estate, commercial and residential leasing and landlord side evictions. My transactional experience includes corporate formation and contract drafting and review.
I am active in the Massachusetts Bar Association where I have volunteered as a judge for the high school mock trial competition for ten years. I am also active in the Boston Bar Association. I am a member of the Executive Committee for the Boston Chapter of the American Inn of Court and a member of the Commercial Law League of America.
I handle all matters of aviation law including litigation and FAA enforcement actions. I have been a Commercial Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor for over 35 years.
