Caylin Cannavino

Caylin Cannavino is the attorney for the HOA where we own a condo. We had to hire our own attorney ($3500) to evict the tenant living in our condo. Without our authorization, Caylin spoke to the son of our tenant and then sent an email to our attorney and 2 emails to the condo association, then bille...d ME $338. That was just 1 of the 3 invoices. The 2nd invoice was $26 for sending 1 email to the association. The 3rd invoice was $261 for another email and ANOTHER discussion with the tenant's son even though she knew we had our own attorney and did not want to pay for her to speak to the tenants son anymore. It appears as though this attorney was eager to bill for unnecessary services. Her legal charges get posted to our online account with the property management company and we never saw the actual invoices for her work. After requesting the invoices numerous times I finally gave up and paid the fees. I had no choice because we are selling the condo due to the horrible property management company (Arbor Management) and the ridiculous, unapproved, random charges (mostly for legal fees). The sale would not go through if we didn't pay all her legal fees. Caylin finally sent over the 3 invoices but the detailed explanation for many of the individual charges were redacted so we actually don't even know what we are paying for. Caylin told me the redacted information was "privileged " ....but I still have to pay. Unbelievably arrogant. No value. Just looking to bill hours and make her money.
