Miller Cerasuolo was successful in getting my reckless driving charge due to speeding reduced to improper driving. This was the likely outcome they told to to expect for my case and I was extremely pleased that it proved to be correct. They were great to work with and I would recommend them to anyone... facing charges such as mine.

I recommend Brandi Cerasuolo to anyone. I got a speeding ticket in April driving home to New York from South Carolina (81 in a 70) and didn't realize that it was a misdemeanor in VA until i started receiving 3 dozen solicitations in the mail and did some research. I selected Miller & Cerasuolo becaus...e they got the best reviews on sites such as BBB and yellow pages and after talking to first Amber and then Karen I felt at ease (I do have a clean driving record which does help). They took me through the process and kept me informed, the day after the trial date in June I received a call from Karen who informed me that they got it reduced to a defective equipment charge. No points, no misdemeanor..well worth the cost.

POOR NOT FAIR Rating! From the beginning I should have known. I got sold some story, but they have such a high employee turn over rate that no one ever knew what my case was whenever I called after that. I had to send my forms twice because they couldn't find them since the person that received them... didn't even work there anymore. I should have just kept my money and gone to court. Got two tickets in the same county. Paid this law office to get them BOTH reduced to speeding tickets because I already knew I could just go to court and at least get one reduced like I've done in other states. Was assured this would happen because I had a good driving record. Instead only one got reduced. Could have done that myself! Thanks for nothing! UPDATE: Later I found out they could have at least gotten the other reckless driving ticket reduced to a lower offense of improper driving so that I didn't have a misdemeanor on my record.

My son received a major speeding ticket in Montgomery County, VA while traveling to see his high school friend in college. The charge was reduced to non-moving violation. I have never worked with any type of lawyer before because I have never been in trouble, but I got a wreck less driving ticket in VA. I got a brochure in the mail from this law firm and decided that I should probably call them because I have a security clearance and I did not want to mess that up. Wh...en I contacted the firm everything seemed right, the price, they informed me that they could help me and that I could contact my lawyer at anytime. I tried to contact my lawyer SEVERAL times, sent NUMEROUS emails and never heard anything back until I was informed that I was found guilty. Thanks ALOT. Lesson has been learned and I will never use this firm ever again and if your are smart you won't either.
