Biography
I am a practicing attorney, focusing in immigration law and estate planning. I assist clients with a number of immigration matters, including green card applications for spouses and other family members, fiancé visas, citizenship petitions, and employment-based green cards and visas. I enjoy providing personalized legal services for my clients, who can reach me by cell phone at any time.
I have represented clients in removal proceedings and asylum hearings in Immigration Court. I have also drafted a number of wills and trusts for clients, with particular attention paid to the taxation ramifications of bequests to . citizens.
In addition to my legal practice, I have written content for a number of journals, law firms, practice manuals, newspapers, magazines and online media on both legal and non-legal topics.
