I had needed a Real Estate attorney to work with my lender to transfer titles currently held in probate. I had a lender and 2 different probate attorneys, and within 24 hours of gathering all the facts of what was required, she was the only person to come forth to inform me that the whole process I w...as in was mishandled and not the correct way to handle things. I have sent emails, left calls - and I swear its been a reply within 2 minutes. She is busy, but she really could tell I was so furious and upset, she made sure to get back to me fast, calm me down and talk me through what I needed. If you need a Real Estate attorney, you want someone thorough and FAST. Most of all - patient and super informed in her field. She was asking me to get things to her so quickly, I could not believe her turnaround and attentiveness. I have know Gail for a few years, but this is the first professional matter I had hired her for. I am recommending her to everyone I know, realtors, lenders, etc. She is the best!
