If you are a lawyer and have no clue what you are doing like Kim you need to remove yourself from the case. You don't stay on and have the DA railroad your client and walk all over you so that you can talk your client into taking a plea and going to jail for a crime they did not commit even though yo...u had alot of evidence that would have proven his innosense. Kim had alot of positive words when talking to the family but when she got in court she stood there like a mute. She was fresh out of law school with no experience but found that out too late. She is not there for her clients she is there for her sorry paycheck. If you ever get her as a lawyer RUN and demand to get someone else represent you or you will end up going to jail for a crime you did not commit just like my husband!!!!
