Biography
My name is James Johnson. I started my practice, First Venture Legal, after graduating from law school in 2011. My goal is to help entrepreneurs and early-stage companies by bringing legal knowledge seasoned with the experience of being a business owner myself to bear on the issues and concerns faced by startups. I also recognize that the two most important and scarce commodities for any startup are time and money, so I strive to provide expeditious, client-focused service at reasonable, fixed fees that give clients cost-certainty.
