I started my husband’s case in August 2018 by myself. The process with the NVC was taking longer and longer. In February 2021, with no hope left, I contacted Ellen’s office. My husband’s case was stuck with the NVC since October 2019, but Ellen’s knowledge and help solved the case within two months... and My husband entered the US a week ago.
