Biography
Sarah practices exclusively in the area of U.S. immigration law, representing and counseling immigration clients across the U.S. around the world. Sarah assists clients in a wide range of business and family immigration matters, including but not limited to employment and investment-based visas and green cards, fiance(e) visas, and spousal green cards. Sarah also handles asylum and naturalization matters. A great deal of Sarah's practice involves assisting individuals to apply for green cards or temporary U.S. visas based on her clients' extraordinary ability in the arts, science or business. Sarah also assists clients to obtain waivers of the 2-year foreign residence requirement for J-1 students, researchers, interns and trainees. On a limited basis, Sarah also handles some international tax matters before the IRS.
The majority of Sarah's clients are artists, scientists, physicians and other professionals working in the technology and financial services sectors, but Sarah has assisted clients located around the world who come from a wide variety of backgrounds and life circumstances.
