Initial consult for a real estate rental matter
I initially felt comfortable with him. His fee was $200.00/h (or $50.00/15 minutes).The visit lasted 35 minutes but he charged us for an hour and he was not knowledgable at all. We went to court ourselves and won the case without a lawyer in front of the jury.
