To do this, he went around the mortgage representative, who was not getting his job done in the time allotted. This demonstrates his unwavering loyalty to his clients, and his determination to secure the most positive outcome. I have never heard of another lawyer going to these lengths. Attorney James always makes himself accessible to his clients. Even when he is in court, he goes out of his way to be reachable, and he always responds to his clients in a timely fashion. Depending on the case or matter at hand, time is of the essence, and there is often an emotional component involved for the clients. It is always reassuring to them that Attorney James is there for them and available. This is usually not the case with other attorneys---they can be hard to reach, and it can take them time to respond. He has always gone out of his way to provide this outstanding level of service. One thing that I admire the most about Attorney James is his caring and concern for the clients. He is sensitive to each clients' situation, and imparts a strong sense of compassion and decency. This quality goes a long way, as residential real estate transactions are emotional and personal processes. There is always a lot of money involved and several other professionals. He has a calming influence on each situation, and he makes the experience positive for the client. I lived out of state for a few years, while I still owned rental properties in Boston. I felt reassured knowing that I could hire Attorney James if I needed to. Having him on my side has always made me worry a lot less about things, and that impacts my life every day.
