Martha L. Minow

I sought help from Martha in connection with a minor traffic infraction. The issues were in my view simple. However, I felt Martha did a poor job in preparation. For example, I noticed that she had a book with her entitled , "Understanding Municipal Infractions for the Hopeless Erudite" and she kept... correcting the judge's syntax apparent,y coaxing the local jurist to utilize a greater range of vowel sounds. The defense further bogged down with references to some former student apparently named "Barry" with constant references to, "well I got it through his thick head, I ought to be able to get it through yours!". All in all I should have trusted my gut and gone with the public defender. At least he is a graduate of New England Law!
