Outstanding representation and support

I cannot recommend Carolyn Hunt highly enough! From the very first consultation, Carolyn showed not only a deep understanding of unemployment law but also genuine compassion for my situation. She was incredibly thorough in reviewing my case, explaining every step of the process in clear terms, and ma...king sure I felt confident and prepared. What really stood out was her dedication—Carolyn went above and beyond to gather the strongest arguments and present them with precision. She anticipated the other side’s points and had thoughtful, well-prepared responses ready. Thanks to her expertise, I felt supported throughout the entire process and knew I had an advocate who truly cared about achieving the best outcome for me. If you’re looking for an unemployment lawyer who is professional, knowledgeable, and deeply committed to her clients’ success, Carolyn Hunt is the one you want by your side. She turned an overwhelming situation into one I could face with confidence, and I am so grateful for her guidance and representation.

recoup of unemployment benefits

After being "fired" for false reasons, I contacted workplace justice law for a consultation. I eventually hired the firm to help file my claim. The claim was denied and the firm guided me through the appeal process. When I my appeal finally came up for "trial" Carolyn's partner, whom I had been wo...rking with, was away and she explained my options to either reschedule or work with Carolyn. I chose to work with Carolyn. Carolyn quickly familiarized herself with my case and the 10 months of documents that led up to my appeal hearing. Carolyn spoke with me, role played the hearing with me, providing different scenarios. She was calm, supportive and smart! In my case, I had several snafus the Friday afternoon before my hearing ( which was on Monday) ( or they felt that way to me, because I was anxious about the hearing) and Carolyn was very responsive (and reassuring) to my emails. And she followed up over the weekend. As far as I can tell, she did not charge me extra for these quick, but for me important concerns. On the day of the hearing, Carolyn walked me through the process one final time, reminded me how to best present myself, and the outcome was perfect. I would not hesitate to hire Carolyn to represent me in any case involving workplace injustice. She understands the law and what is expected by the employer.

Highly Recommend - a true gem!

Finding yourself in the overwhelming position of needing workplace representation can be daunting. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend contacting Atty. Hunt. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but her ability to anticipate and address any concerns that you may have helps to ease fears.... Atty. Hunt is quick to reply to emails and very personable - so easy to talk to! Although she hears these cases all of the time, she has the innate ability to view the case through the eyes of her client, who often times have never been in this situation before.
