I worked with Scott on a case in Massachusetts that was very old. He was very professional about his service and seemed to keep me well informed. The resolution of the case was very much to my liking, and I he was very open and honest about what he thought we could acheive in court with the judge -... and we did get the outcome (a good one) that I had been told I would receive. He's a very personable attorney, and my mother, whom seemed to appreciate his services even more than I did (even though it was *my* case being adjudicated) also found it very easy to communicate with him both via e-mail & telephone, and in person as well. Our courtroom appearances were all completed in one day. Around noon we treated him to a meal and discussed our third and final courtroom appearance. He was very good at explaining in simple terms what we had to do, and in court he did most of the talking and was very professional at saying what he wanted to say.
