Tom and his son Mike (also a lawyer) have been my attorneys of choice for at least 10 years. Tom and son did the complete settlement work when I sold my old house and arranged for me to have my tax issues resolved via their personal c.p.a. who also did s stunning job. Tom has represented me in probat...e court when it was time to have my elderly mother committed to a nursing facility and oversaw the process of getting me guardianship, custodianship, etc. with the greatest of ease. Mike did my mom's will consummately. Tom is s brilliant litigator, is thoroughly knowledgeable about all facets of law (mass. and federal), has a commanding, extraordinary ability to persuade judges/juries. He is the most well spoken, poised, confident trial lawyer I have ever seen. He has an uncanny knack at making his clients feel confident themselves. He and Mike are thorough, fully competent to undertake the most complex cases (civil & criminal), and are also good friends of mine as well as my personal attorneys. Kudos also must go to their legal secretary Pam who is the go to person to calm down frightened or anxious clients & also definitely knows her stuff as well. If this site allowed me to give them all a 6 star review rather than a mere 5 star one, I would do so at once. These guys are too notch and the public needs to know it. Way to go Tom!!
