I am so grateful that I retained attorney Gratzer for my case. I reached out to Keches Law and I was not able to reach my attorney who was supposed to be representing me so I changed and I am convinced that had I went down the road with the largest firm I would’ve been putting my trust and lawsuit in...to a conveyor belt firm. I met Tom 20 minutes after calling him and he was able to come to my house and from the very beginning right through till the settlement agreement I was treated like I was important and I was so grateful and feeling comfortable and compassionate from his paralegal Maria who immediately got back to me with an email within less than an hour to answer any questions or concerns. I don’t know if they have a good relationship when your competing against other people that may have a better payoff. My case was not only extremely complex and delayed by Covid closures of the DIA but the entire process was extremely complicated because it involved my brain and back that ended my 21 year career as well as taking all my licenses I obtained from schooling. My ex boss never reported my work related injury to anyone despite coming close to taking my life or abilities away. The end result lump sum was more than double that I was expecting from the insurance company and I was overjoyed with the amount of work and time that Tom and Maria had done. I am now looking forward to a future that is providing my wife and daughters with nothing but happiness and security. My future is not yet over yet I was fortunate enough to have walked away with nothing to fear and able to right the 2nd chapter of my life.
