I was born and raised in the Boston area. I graduated from Roxbury Latin in 2001 and went on to attend the College of the Holy Cross where I played NCAA Division I Baseball. After working for two years as a litigation paralegal, I earned a law degree Cum Laude from Emory University in 2010. Following law school, I was appointed an Assistant District Attorney with the Suffolk County DA's Office in Boston. For five years as an ADA, I prosecuted numerous misdemeanor and felony matters throughout the courts of Suffolk County, trying over thirty-five cases to jury verdict. Now a private attorney with Anderson, Goldman, Tobin & Pasciucco, LLP., I use the skills, experience and relationships that I developed as a prosecutor to passionately represent clients across Massachusetts. My current practice centers primarily around Criminal Defense, OUI/DUI Defense and Personal Injury. I also dedicate a segment of my practice to liquor licensing and residential real estate closings. Great Attorney!
Peter represented me following a car accident in Hingham and put my mind at ease after a stressful situation. He is a great lawyer. He is professional, courteous and dedicated. I highly recommend him.
"Attorney Pasciucco is an excellent advocate. I knew Pete when he was an Assistant DA and he always handled his case with the utmost professionalism. I enthusiastically endorse this lawyer."
