Mr. Lutz has been incredibly helpful to me in terms of his assistance with an extremely message legal issue. He is not only very knowedgeable, but caring and ethical. For example, I was very interested in going to court to sue my ex-husband (personal reasons). He discussed various options and reco...mmend that I first try to work things out face to face if I felt comfortable before spending money for lawyer and court fees. We could have easily gone to court as it was a legitimate circumstance but he counseled me on taking a mediation route first so as not to incur additional expenses. This is just one example. He clearly has his clients' best interests at heart and weighs the circumstances when making a recommendation. If you are looking for a lawyer who cares about you as an individual and who is professional and credible and ethical, I highly recommend him.
