Eric C. Belanger

Attorney Belanger is a co-founder of ENDEAVORLEGAL and currently serves as the practice’s principal business attorney. For over fifteen years, he has served as legal counsel to Start-Up and Growth-Oriented Business Ventures across a wide variety of industries and maintained strong professional relationships with a broad spectrum of businesses and individuals. Attorney Belanger concentrates in general corporate, partnership, venture capital, securities and entertainment law. He possesses significant experience in private company representation including the development of business plans, structuring complex contractual arrangements, private placements of securities representing both issuers and investors, intellectual property licensing, mergers and acquisitions, employment agreements, equity compensation, joint venture arrangements, and private equity fund formation and representation. He also engages in the practice of certain aspects of real estate and alcoholic beverage licensing. Prior to starting ENDEAVORLEGAL in the Fall of 2002, Attorney Belanger was employed as an associate in the Business Practice Group of Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts. He received his Bachelor of Arts (1995) from Boston University, College of Arts and Sciences, and Juris Doctor (1999), with a concentration in Business Organization and Finance Law, and Master of Law in Taxation Law (2000) from Boston University, School of Law. Attorney Belanger is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (1999) and the State of New York (2011). He is also a licensed real estate broker (License No. 151166) and Notary Public in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Attorney Belanger currently serves as a member of the management board of the Redstone Court Condominium Association and was formerly a member of the board of trustees of the 465 Park Drive Condominium Association. He is also an alumni member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and served three terms as a member of the board of directors of the Massachusetts Beta-Upsilon Alumni Association, a non-profit corporation administering scholarships to qualified Boston University undergraduate students. Attorney Belanger is also active in animal relief efforts on the island of Aruba.
