John Hartigan is a great lawyer. he is an amazing lawyer and is extremely knowledgeable in landlord tenant case. I never actually met Hartigan in person--we did all of our coordinating over email, which amounted to sending scanned documents and PDFs back and forth. He was really easy to work with.
