Experience is the Answer. Criminal Defense is all that I do and have been doing for over 40 years. (District & Superior.)
I consider my home base to be in the Boston Municipal Court system, which encompasses most of the Greater Boston area.
I have also traveled to every other court in the eastern half of Massachusetts, from Wareham to Salem.
I know most of the Judges, ADA's and PO's. I have a good rapport with them all.
I have handled over 10000 cases in all types of criminal situations, from OUI to Armed Robbery. My last trial was in the Woburn Superior Court, where after a two-week trial, the Jury found my client Not Guilty.

Fountain of info
I wanted to take a second to say that Attorney Morris is thoughtful and extremely helpful.. Thank You so much for pointing me in the right direction. She took the time to answer my questions even when it was not her area of expertise TY
"I have watched Attorney Pam Morris handle criminal matters in Courts throughout the Commonwealth of Mass, and sat next to her on Mass. CLE meetings. At every hearing Attorney Morris was professional, incredibly knowledgeable, moved to dismiss criminal matters on her client's behalf, and was shown respect by the Judges and Clerks [important]. Any defendant would be lucky to have such an experienced, battle-tested trial attorney like Pam Morris by their side when facing criminal charges."
"I endorse this lawyer. She is terrific in the court room as her years of experience show. She is knowlegable, well-spoken and very persuasive. We worked on a case together and she was key in getting a very favorable outcome. I trust her completely."

Public Reprimand issued in MA, 2005
updated on 11/11/2015Public reprimand means that an attorney did something wrong, but may still practice law. The attorney was given a public reprimand in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior. Details of the infraction are made part of the public record.
“The client wanted to avoid going to trial but the Judge would not grant a continuance. The case went forward to trial but on a recess the client ran out of the courthouse and disappeared. The Judge insisted on continuing the trial without her. I remained silent trying to get her a mistrial and this silence was later used by her appeals attorney to get a new trial and it worked. I was reprimanded for this failed tactic. My client pleaded out to time served.”
