His years of trial experience was obvious throughout and his understanding of the important issues was truly impressive. I highly recommend Mark as legal counsel.

On my side
i hired Mark Josephs after learning my first attorney had failed me in my legal battle against corrupt corporate giants. My ex had comingled illicit funds into my mortgage without my knowledge, and my first attorney botched my case in a major way. I hired Mark due to his wonderful background as a federal prosecutor, and results were what I finally received. Four years of stress, and worry finally resulted in my case being dismissed after Mark opened up evidence that was withheld by my first attorney. Without Mark's efforts, and diligence, I may have been financially ruined for life due to unfair statutes, and dated laws that the Commonwealth of Massachusetts still has in place. I was up against corrupt billionaires who took zero responsibility for their negligence, and they targeted me unjustly. Now thanks to Mark, I have my life back, and can rebuild my future, both financially, and emotionally. I would highly refer Mark to anybody who needs justice served, when at times it seems there is no justice in certain cases. Thank Mark for giving me my life back!!! JH, Providence, RI

Experienced and professional
Attorney Joseph's met with me in a free consultation and took the time to understand my case or cases in full. His professionalism and dedication is only surpassed by his skills and Court. It was great to leave feeling like I had a true advocate. I would highly recommend a consultation and the use of attorney Joseph's.
