Attorney Koufman graduated from UMass Amherst summa cum laude in 2010. Thereafter, Caleb taught at The Landmark School for four years, as a language arts and geometry teacher. Caleb co-founded a debate team at Landmark, and was the girls' varsity tennis coach. After earning his Master's Degree in Special Education, Moderate Disabilities, Grades 5-12, Caleb matriculated in the Northeastern University School of Law. Caleb excelled in classes at Northeastern. He interned for Federal District Court Judge Leo Sorokin, the Homicide Unit of the Suffolk District Attorney's Office, the Roxbury Public Defender's Office, the Boston Public Defender's Office, and the Executive Office of the Public Defender's. After graduating, Caleb was offered a full-time Staff Attorney position at the Framingham Public Defender's Office, where he tried numerous felony and misdemeanor cases, in front of juries and judges, to verdict. After three years as a Staff Attorney, Caleb joined the Koufman Law Group, LLC, where he continues to work criminal and education cases throughout Massachusetts. Caleb is active in both the District and Superior Courts of Massachusetts. His experience has resulted in his certification by the state as an attorney qualified to accept Superior Court appoitnments. Caleb's courtroom advocacy is unparalleled.
