Stephen M. Kane

Stephen M. Kane is a Managing Director and member/shareholder of Rich May, P.C. in Boston.  He is Chair of the Business, Corporate and Securities Practice Group and concentrates on corporate, commercial, securities and financial matters. His complex and diverse practice embraces all aspects of the organization and operation of corporations and other business ventures, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, intellectual property, employee relations and compensation, finance, lending, securities law and real estate. He represents corporations, investors and entrepreneurs in numerous industries including social media, software, venture capital, manufacturing, health care and video interactive technology industries. Steve lives with his wife Cindy in Newton, Massachusetts.
