Peter Joseph Cahill

Peter is an experienced corporate lawyer with significant transactional and general corporate experience, ranging from debt and equity offerings (including numerous venture capital financings), to commercial real estate transactions (including leasing of office and laboratory space).

Peter began his legal career as a corporate associate at a mid-size law firm located in downtown Boston. Peter has represented clients in connection with early stage corporate finance transactions (on behalf of corporate clients raising funds as well as institutional and individual investors making such investments), license and supply agreements, stock and asset purchase agreements, the registration and sale of equity securities, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters. Peter has represented clients engaged in the life sciences, health care, higher education, high technology, telecommunications, and software industries. In addition, Peter has represented quasi-public agencies in connection with multiple large-scale, mixed-use real estate development projects.
