Biography
Michael Shepard has been representing victims of asbestos disease, products liability, workplace accidents, and accidents involving serious injury since 1994. He formed The Shepard Law Firm, P.C. in 1998. Attorney Shepard has recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients, and is recognized as one of the leading plaintiff lawyers in Massachusetts. The Shepard Law Firm represents clients in all six New England states, as well as many other states around the country. The firm works closely with plaintiff lawyers in other states to ensure that the firm's clients are well represented. Attorney Shepard is recognized as an experienced litigator in the field of asbestos exposures. He has pioneered the asbestos litigation against the manufacturers of aircraft and aircraft component parts, and is often called upon to assist other attorneys in such cases. He lives outside of Boston, and is a member of the Boston President's Council of his alma mater, Providence College.
