Professional and Friendly
Joshua prepared a will, health care proxy, HIPAA Authorization and Release, and durable power of attorney for my wife and me. He was responsive, friendly, professional, and helpful in guiding us through the process. My wife and I recently had a baby, and Joshua was quite flexible to accommodate our schedule and availability. I'd definitely recommend him to others.

Very professional and extremely pleasant to work with
Joshua provided exceptional service. While what we needed might seem simple, our situation as foreigners and new in town complicated things. Joshua handles all the details from providing the legal service to all the logistics and did so with a smile. We highly recommend him and would definitely use his services again.

Great for someone new to the law process!
I found Josh when I was looking for someone to help defend my roommates and I's security deposit against a shifty landlord. Having never had to speak with a lawyer before I'd been intensely worried about the whole process and had lost a couple nights sleep leading up to meeting for the first time. After getting to talk to him however, it seemed like all the stress of the situation melted away. He explained exactly how the whole small claims process works in simple terms, helped me walk through my documentation and all of our options, and listed the various outcomes we could expect. We started the ball rolling and our landlord almost immediately folded and gave us back the sum of our deposit. Thought we had the option to try for triple damages, my roommates and I didn't want to pursue it, and Josh never pressured us in any direction. Now the whole matter is resolved, and it was way easier than I'd been expecting. I hope I don't ever have to hire help to deal with a landlord again, but if I do, I'll most certainly come back and speak with Josh.

Diligent and very engaged
We hired Joshua to represent us in a small claims matter and found him to be extremely diligent and thorough. In our particular case there were a lot of dates and times and “moving parts” to keep track of and we found Joshua to have processed, retained and organized all of this information extremely well. Joshua’s deep knowledge and guidance in Consumer Protection and contract law were instrumental to us having a favorable experience. We found that Joshua’s availability to get on a call or meet to discuss a particular aspect of our case was paramount for us to understand every step of the way what is often times a complicated and unpleasant process (having to sue someone). We would highly recommend Joshua as we were very impressed with his oratory skills and dedication to his clients.

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"My first impression of Attorney Loveall's work and dedication was just a pulse; a modest, well mannered and hard working Attorney going at a steady pace. But then, high above it, time -- and time and time again, the breath of his knowledge and succinct legal analysis cuts through mountains and empowers his clients to achieve their desired outcomes time and time again."
